Hannu Korpihalla has extensive experience in quality management and technical support, currently serving as Quality Lead at Fidelix since June 2019, focusing on company-level HSEQ initiatives. Prior to this, Hannu held various roles at Nokia from 1996 to 2018, including Quality & Test Manager and Quality Manager for customer support and global services, where responsibilities included end-to-end quality management, KPI management, data analysis, mentoring, and strategic planning. Hannu's background in program and project management is underscored by a proven track record in process development and change management, complemented by certifications such as L6S Black Belt. Academic qualifications include a degree in Business Information Technology and a diploma in Business and Administration from Helsinki Business College Oy.
