Randi Roy

Randi Roy is a Principal Consultant based in the New York City area and has more than 30 years of experience in the health care industry. She has worked as both an executive and as a management consultant with all types of health care organizations and systems, as well as payers and other types of providers. Her expertise is in the areas of strategy, growth and care delivery transformation, including customer and employee experience.

Prior to joining Fidelum Health, Randi Roy was the Chief Strategy Officer at VillageCare, a $1B not-for-profit health plan and provider organization. Ms. Roy also worked with Remedy Partners as the Director of Partner Development, developing and implementing value-based payments programs for hospitals under the CMMI Bundled Payment for Care Improvement (BPCI) demonstration. Earlier in her career, Ms. Roy also worked for many years as a Senior Consultant for a leading health care consulting firm based in New York City.

Ms. Roy graduated from University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Biological Basis of Behavior and from The Wharton School with an MBA in Management and Marketing.

Currently, Ms. Roy serves on the Board of Directors of the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Nursing and is Chair of the Board’s Innovation Committee.
