April Aden is an experienced Partner at Fident Consulting, a Nashville based business consulting firm specializing in Salesforce, business process improvement, human capital services, technology leadership, and project management. Prior to joining Fident Consulting, April held the position of Senior Manager at The North Highland Company and Andersen Consulting, providing business consulting services such as project management, change management, organization design and development, performance management, HR-related projects, and process improvement. April holds a B.S. in Human Development from Vanderbilt University, as well as an M.B.A. in Human Resources and Organization Management from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management.
