Pasquale Esposito

Pasquale Esposito began their work experience as a Researcher at IBM in 1988. Pasquale then worked as a Freelance Professional in Relational Databases and IV Generation Languages at Tesitalia from 1988 to 1989. From 1989 to 1998, they served as the Financial Services IT Manager at BNL Multiservizi. Following that, they joined Banca Fideuram where they held various roles, including Sales Force Automation Manager, Internet Information Technology Manager, and Internet Banking Manager. From 2007 to 2010, Pasquale worked as the Corporate Systems Manager at Eurizon - Eurizon Solutions. Since 2011, they have been with Fideuram Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking, starting as the Responsabile Sistemi Commerciali e di Sintesi and progressing through various roles, including Head of Operations and Business Operational Support Director. Currently, they serve as the Head of Cybersecurity e Business Continuity and Information Security Officer for the Private Banking Division at Fideuram Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking.

Pasquale Esposito earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics, graduating with honors (110 cum laude), from Sapienza Università di Roma, which they attended from 1984 to 1989. In 2005 to 2006, they obtained a Master's degree in Marketing Management from Midiform Institute. Additionally, they hold certifications in Lean Six Sigma, including a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from SSA & Company obtained in 2018 and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the same institution acquired in 2016.
