Chantal Fera

Chantal Fera serves as the FIDI Academy Manager at The FIDI Global Alliance, a position held since November 2007, where Chantal oversees the provision of diverse educational resources for over 600 affiliates in the relocation industry. Prior to this role, Chantal worked as the Learning and Development Manager at Novell from November 2003 to September 2007, focusing on the EMEA region in the IT sector. Earlier experience includes serving as the Office Manager and Customer Service Manager for the Benelux Branch at Intervascular (formerly Datascope) from 1992 to 2003, where the team grew from three to twelve staff members. Chantal holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Cergeco-Ichec and is accredited in Project Management through Prince 2.
