Michael Broadley

Michael Broadley is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in both music and education management. As a session drummer since 2001, Michael has contributed to various genres, including pop, jazz, shoegaze, funk, and rock. Currently serving as the Academy General Manager for FIDIC since 2022, Michael has held key roles such as Head of Education and Project Manager at AISTS from 2017 to 2021 and Event Operations Executive at SportAccord in 2016. Previous experience includes positions as Assistant Dean of Student Affairs and Teacher at IUG, and Teacher of English Language and Literature at Institut Le Rosey. Michael's academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Sport Administration & Technology from EPFL, a Master's Degree in Media & Communications from the International Institute in Geneva, and a Bachelor's Degree in Social & Cultural Studies from the University of Nottingham, complemented by A-Levels in Psychology, Sociology, and Biology from the City of Stoke-on-Trent College.
