Aluma Kushnir

Aluma Kushnir is an experienced Product Manager currently at Fido since February 2023, with a prior role as Product Manager at Flare from January 2022 to February 2023. During a tenure at SparkBeyond from June 2019 to December 2021, Aluma led UX initiatives and a team of designers, implementing major product UX upgrades and promoting design thinking. Aluma has held various UX and product management roles since 2003, including positions at PTC, UXpert, and Dr. Kushnir Clinics, demonstrating expertise in complex UX design and CRM implementations. Aluma holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech, completed in 2004.
