Francesco Alongi

Francesco Alongi's work experience includes positions as a Machine Learning Engineer at Fido starting in December 2022, an Associate Data Scientist at Cazoo from June 2022 to November 2022, a Jr Machine Learning Engineer at brumbrum S.p.A. from October 2021 to May 2022, and a Machine Learning Intern at STMicroelectronics from April 2020 to September 2020. As an intern at STMicroelectronics, they worked on developing a Machine Learning algorithm and integrating it with a Real Time Operating System for a microcontroller.

Francesco Alongi has a comprehensive education history in the field of computer science and engineering. Francesco obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Engineering of Computing Systems from Politecnico di Milano, where they studied from 2015 to 2018. Following their undergraduate studies, Francesco pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science and Engineering at the same institution from 2018 to 2021.

Francesco also had the opportunity to enhance their academic experience through a visiting student program. In 2020, they attended New York University as a visiting student in the context of the DATA-LIFE 2020 project.

To further complement their education, Francesco obtained a certification from the Data Scientist Academy offered by Career Service at Politecnico di Milano. This certification was obtained in February 2021.

Prior to their university studies, Francesco completed their secondary education at Liceo Scientifico "E. Fermi" from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained the Maturità scientifica qualification.
