Andy Kiener

Andy Kiener is the current Director of Property Management at Fiduciary Real Estate Development, Inc. and has over twenty years of successful leadership experience in many facets of the real estate industry. This includes property management, brokerage, sales & marketing, development, consulting and operations. Andy has been involved in generating over $1 billion of revenue in the development and management of residential real estate throughout the United States.

Some of their previous positions include Vice President & Director of Project Sales at Kinzie Brokerage and President of a Private Holding Group - a full service HOA and Commercial Property Management company. At American Tower, they were the Manager of Property Management and Business Development in the Midwest region. Most recently, they were a Partner at Insight Real Estate Partners before taking on their current role.

In their current role as Director of Property Management, Andy is responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management for Fiduciary Real Estate Development. This includes but is not limited to rent collection, maintenance and repair requests, lease renewals and evictions. Andy also works closely with the accounting department to ensure that all financial reporting is accurate and up to date.

Andy Kiener is a graduate of Cornell College and New Trier. Andy holds a degree in Psychology from Cornell College and a degree in Education from New Trier.
