Shauna Tisdall

Shauna Tisdall is an experienced property management professional with a strong background in overseeing high-end rental and student housing properties. Currently serving as the Director of Property Management at Fiduciary Real Estate Development since March 2019, Shauna leads a portfolio of Class A properties in Southeast Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. As the Owner and Operator of Brew City Digs, LLC., Shauna revitalizes vintage properties in Milwaukee for high-end rental markets. Prior experience includes significant roles at Campus Advantage, where Shauna held positions ranging from Regional Manager to General Manager, showcasing expertise in operational support and leasing management for student housing. Shauna's marketing skills were developed through positions at The Scion Group and various event marketing roles. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Real-Estate from the Lubar College of Business and University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, along with a National and State license in Wisconsin.
