Steve Bersell

Steve Bersell serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Fiduciary Real Estate Development since August 2012. Steve oversees all aspects of development, construction, risk management, acquisitions, disposition and legal matters. Prior to this role, Steve worked as the General Counsel / Director of Operations at the same company. Steve also has experience working at Cushman & Wakefield from 2009 to 2012, where Steve represented tenants in office lease negotiations for the global real estate services firm. Steve holds a JD in Law and an MBA in Finance from DePaul University.
