Tony DeRosa

Tony DeRosa is the Vice President of Development as well as a project principal of Fiduciary Real Estate Development, Inc. Tony is responsible for leading the company’s growing development team including all aspects of the firm’s development activities, from sourcing opportunities to working closely with lenders, architects and contractors.

DeRosa has over 17 years of significant experience in all areas of real estate development, financing and acquisitions and was recognized as a Milwaukee Business Journal 40 Under 40 award recipient in 2013 for his accomplishments in the industry as well within the community. Over the course of his career, DeRosa has been in involved in more than $500M of real estate development and investment transactions.

He graduated with Distinction Honors from the University of Wisconsin – Madison School of Business with a degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics. His focus and determination pushes him to continue to bring an endless amount of new ideas to Fiduciary for the growth of the company.
