Mark Giresi

Mark Giresi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, legal counsel, and corporate governance. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at US Immigration Fund since March 2012, Giresi also holds the position of Director on the Board of Fiduciary Trust Company International since September 1995. Previous roles include Chief Operations Officer and General Counsel at U.S. Immigration Fund from January 2013 to September 2020, and Director at NXT Nutritionals Holdings, Inc. from January 2009 to May 2013, where the company focused on all-natural sweetener products. Giresi has a robust background in retail operations and legal matters, having held positions such as Executive Vice President at Limited Brands and SVP at Burger King Corporation, overseeing franchise operations and legal affairs.
