Stephan Granitz

Stephan Granitz has worked in the field of analytics and intelligence for over a decade. Stephan began their career in 2009 as a Senior Intelligence Analyst and Arabic Linguist for the US Army. In 2015, they joined Income Discovery as Vice President and Chief Analytics Officer, where they built an AI-powered SaaS platform offered to Financial Advisors and Institutions for retirement income planning and management. Stephan also researched retirement income products and decumulation strategies. Stephan also served as Chief Compliance Officer from April 2015 to August 2018.

Stephan Granitz obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Economics and Finance, Marketing from York College of Pennsylvania between 2003 and 2007. Stephan then completed their Master of Arts (M.A.) in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis International Business School between 2007 and 2009. In 2008, they participated in a Semester Abroad at Università Bocconi, studying International Economic Policy. Between 2017 and 2019, they obtained their Master of Science (M.S.) in Data Science (Analytics and Modeling Specialization) from Northwestern University. In 2010 and 2011, they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Modern Standard Arabic from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center.
