Phil Klein

Phil Klein, CMRP, currently serves as Vice President of Maintenance & Reliability Engineering at Fídus Global LLC since April 2023, having previously held the role of Senior Director of Reliability Engineering. Prior to this, Phil Klein worked at Amazon from July 2011 to May 2023 as Senior Manager of Quality Engineering and Regional Maintenance Manager. From August 1996 to July 2011, Phil Klein was Regional Maintenance Manager at Walmart, providing leadership for multiple distribution centers and earlier held the position of Maintenance Operations Manager, overseeing P&L performance and regulatory compliance. Phil Klein began a career as Sales Engineer at Production Products Inc. from 1984 to 1994. Phil Klein holds a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Arkansas Tech University and degrees in Personnel Administration from The University of Kansas and Fort Hays State University.
