Michael Wakim

Michael Wakim has a diverse range of work experience spanning several companies and roles. Michael founded Fidus Systems Inc. in 2001 and served as a Board Member. In 2020, they joined Bigfoot Biomedical as a Principal Engineer until September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Zoetis Inc. as a Principal Engineer from 2018 to 2019. Michael held the position of Group Director at Cadence Design Systems/Tality from 2000 to 2001. From 1994 to 2000, they served as the President of Westport Technologies. Michael co-founded Wann Connection Devices in 1992 and held various roles until 1994. Michael started their career at Nortel Networks in 1984 as a Member of Scientific Staff, where they worked until 1992.

Michael Wakim attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained a B. Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science.
