Najida Begum is a seasoned professional in health economics and access, currently serving as the Director of HEOR & Access at FIECON since December 2023. Previously, Najida held the position of Health Economics Manager at GSK from September 2020 to September 2023, and prior to that, worked as a Senior Health Economist at Adelphi Values for a brief period in early 2020. Najida's career began as an Associate at Wickenstones Ltd from October 2014 to January 2020 and includes experience as a health economics researcher and modeller at Genentech in 2014. Najida's expertise further encompasses a role as a Research Consultant at Pharmerit Ltd from 2009 to 2014. Najida began academic support roles while studying at Loughborough University, where a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mathematical Biology was obtained. Educational background includes degrees in Data Analysis and Networks from the University of York and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Sheffield Hallam University.
