Caroline Niederhagemann

Caroline Niederhagemann began their work experience in 2016 as an intern in recruitment at Euro London Appointments. Caroline then went on to work as a student consultant project manager at Fujitsu Enabling Software Technology GmbH. In 2017, they interned at LBBW Asset Management Investmentgesellschaft mbH in portfolio and asset management, and also took on the role of team lead sponsoring at Campus Symposium GmbH. From 2018 to 2019, Caroline worked as a work study student at both KARON Beratungsgesellschaft mbH and EY, where they held the position of intern in operational transaction services. In 2019, they became a consultant at INVERTO, a BCG Company. In 2021, Caroline joined FIEGE as a project assistant to the co-CEO before being promoted to their current role as head of strategic account and project management with power of attorney.

Caroline Niederhagemann holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Management from the International School of Management, Germany. Caroline also has a Master of Science degree in International Management from the same institution. In addition, Caroline completed a Master of Science in Management and Strategy from Edinburgh Napier University. Caroline briefly attended OMNES Education in 2016, focusing on Business Administration.
