Pia Keuper is currently the Head of People & Culture for the Cluster Münster at FIEGE, a position held since 2025. Previously, Pia served as Head of HR at EQQO GmbH from 2022 to 2024 and worked in personalwesen at LWL-Klinik Münster for part of 2022. Pia completed an Ausbildung as a Bürokauffrau at Technische Betriebe Rheine AöR from 2009 to 2012 and earned a degree as a staatlich geprüfte Betriebswirtin in Personalwirtschaft from Hansa-Berufskolleg Schule Münster from 2013 to 2017.
