Winston Schilling

Winston Schilling is an experienced professional in the field of software development and agile methodologies, with a background in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Dresden, where Winston achieved a Bachelor of Science degree. Winston began a career at OSP – Otto Group Solution Provider in June 2021, taking on roles as a Scrum Master, Fullstack Software-Entwickler, and Werkstudent Software-Entwickler until July 2024. Currently, Winston serves as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach at FIEGE since August 2024, furthering expertise in agile practices and software development.
