Jaroslaw Jerke

Jaroslaw Jerke has held a variety of roles in the IT and business sector since 1992. In 1992, they were the Sales and Marketing Manager at Polbita, where they were responsible for building a network of FMCG sales and launching Gillette shaving products and Kiwi shoe care products on the Polish market. From 1994 to 2000, they were the Chief Operation Officer at VideoTEL, where they were a co-founder and shareholder and was responsible for marketing and sales of IT systems, mainly for the banking sector. During this time, they developed the first in Poland system of electronic banking named VideoTEL Banking, which was implemented in various banks. From 2000 to 2003, they were the Director of Electronic Banking at ComputerLand, where they were responsible for managing the competence center and the development, implementation and maintenance of a wide range of electronic banking products. From 2003 to 2006, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Mobitis, where they were a co-founder and creator of a unique mobile-learning platform. Jaroslaw also implemented several training projects in project and process management co-financed from EU funds. From 2006 to 2014, they were the Chairman - Chief Executive Officer at Newitech sp. z o.o., where they were responsible for the operational and strategic management and the development of information systems with the use of funds from EU programs. From 2014 to 2016, they were the IT Manager at EcoCar, where they managed a portfolio of IT projects and realized two B2B projects co-financed from POIG 8.2. From 2016 to 2017, they were the Advisor to the Board at Management Training & Development Center MT&DC, where they created a business strategy and developed the company. From 2017 to 2018, they were the Senior Business Consultant and Program Manager at Evercode, where they managed development teams and projects in the field of systems integration, data presentation and management, automation and optimization of business processes with the use of on demand solutions and out of the box systems. Since 2018, they have been the Software Development Manager, Agile Coach, and Scrum Master at Networked Energy Services (NES) Corporation, where they have been involved in various projects management using the Agile methodology, sharing knowledge with the project team in terms of its self-organization and multifunctionality, and removing impediments for the proper course of the project.

Jaroslaw Jerke obtained a Master of Science in Economics from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics between 1987 and 1992. Jaroslaw also holds certifications from Atlassian as an Atlassian Certified Confluence Administrator (ACP-CA) and an Atlassian Certified Jira Service Desk Administrator (ACP-JSD), as well as a Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org.
