Dale Foster

Dale Foster is currently the Manager/Owner of Field and Technical Services, Principal/Owner of Key Environmental, and Owner/Shareholder of FTS Construction, LLC and C&S Reality, LLC. Dale also serves as the Principal Engineer at Key Environmental, Inc. with a focus on site remediation. Dale previously worked as a Project Engineer at Chester Engineers and Keystone Environmental Resources. Dale started their career as a Sanitary Engineer at Pennsylvania DER after obtaining a BS in ChemE from Grove City College. Dale was also a Former Shareholder at RPG RESOURCES LLC.
