Roman is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Field Complete LLC, a SaaS automation solution that enhances business efficiency for Field Service Management companies. Prior to this, Roman served as the Founder & Chairman of US Legacy Co, where they also held the position of CEO and Founder. Roman was also the Board Chair and Founder of Hands United and a Board Member at Blast Sourcing, a tech incubator consulting and project management company. Additionally, Roman has been an Advisory Board Member at the Atlanta Housing Authority, a Certified Renovator under the USEPA Toxic Substances Control Act, and a Building Contractor at the International Code Council.
