Jamie Trent deMilt

Jamie Trent deMilt has a diverse work experience ranging from education to operations management.

Starting in 2014, they worked as a Teacher Trainer at TNTP until December 2016.

In 2016, they joined Shiftgig as a Hiring & Operations Manager, where they stayed until August 2019.

Simultaneously, in 2016, they also joined TaskHuman as a Hiring Manager, where they played a vital role in creating and developing the hiring workflow for the entire company. Jamie Trent remained in this position until June 2020.

In 2019, Jamie joined the Hamilton County Department of Education, where they initially worked as a 3rd Grade Teacher at Calvin Donaldson Environmental Science Academy. From August 2020, they served as the Dean of Student Success.

Currently, Jamie works as the Operations Manager at Field Day, where they have been since July 2021. Jamie Trent has now been promoted to the position of Vice President of Operations as of November 2022.

Jamie Trent deMilt has a diverse education history that includes a variety of degrees and certifications. Jamie Trent first obtained a Montessori Teaching Certification from Princeton University in 2006. Jamie Trent then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Ashford University in 2010. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from the University of New Orleans, which they completed in 2013.

After a break, Jamie returned to school and earned a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the American College of Education in 2020. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained several certifications related to human resources and management, including "Hiring, Managing, and Separating from Employees," "Human Resources: Compensation and Benefits," "Human Resources Foundations," "Managing Teams," "Coaching and Developing Employees," and "New Manager Foundations," which were all obtained from LinkedIn in 2018.
