Melissa Patel

As Director of Supply Chain, Melissa is in a unique position to lead both their sourcing and account management teams globally which allows for alignment of strategy throughout the supply chain. Melissa’s team has responsibility to execute the strategy to achieve customer love and asset management. With over 18 years at Field, Melissa has lead a variety of teams and knows their business from multiple aspects. She drives a strong emphasis on data analysis to drive product availability and cost management.

Melissa has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Rockford University and has been CPSM certified since 2010. Melissa is married with two children and enjoys spending time with family and close friends.
