Elaine Loarca

Elaine Loarca is a seasoned professional in event management and hospitality, currently serving as the Special Events Account Manager at the Field Museum since May 2023. With previous experience as an Event Manager at The Joinery and a Community and Events Manager at Big Kids, Elaine has demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills in coordinating various events. Elaine's background includes roles in the food and beverage industry, such as server positions at Girl & the Goat and Soho House & Co, as well as a Production Manager at Timebeards, where responsibilities included artwork organization for exhibitions. Elaine has a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology and Film/Cinema/Video Studies from San Francisco State University, along with two Associate’s Degrees in Anthropology from City Colleges of Chicago and Mt. San Antonio College.
