Kait Blount

Kait Blount, MSHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Benefits Manager at the Field Museum since June 2023. Prior to this role, Kait Blount accumulated five years of experience at Topco Associates LLC, progressing from Recruiting Assistant to Human Resources Specialist, and ultimately to Human Resources Analyst from April 2018 to June 2023. Kait Blount's earlier experience includes a seven-year tenure as General Manager at Pump It Up from June 2011 to April 2018. Academically, Kait Blount holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from DePaul University (2017-2018) and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Lewis University (2011-2016).
