Lily Chang

Lily Chang is a dedicated Human Resources professional with experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Assistant at the Field Museum since June 2023, Lily manages the VP of HR's calendar and plays a key role in maintaining HR files, addressing inquiries, and assisting with onboarding. Previously, as a Talent Acquisition Intern at TRC Companies, Inc., Lily created job postings and organized data for internship positions. At Digital Factory, Inc., Lily supported the recruitment process for the Finance Department and contributed to team-building initiatives. Additionally, as a Project Manager at the Taipei Economic & Cultural Office, Lily developed a database for U.S. clients.
