Regina Bey

Regina Bey, PHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at The Field Museum since April 2022. Previously, Regina held the position of Human Resources Generalist at Oak Street Health from June 2021 to March 2022, where responsibilities included facilitating new hire orientations and supporting management with payroll and benefits. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Administrator at Locusview from November 2016 to June 2021, where Regina developed onboarding plans and implemented HR services. Earlier in the career, Regina worked as a Learning Program Specialist at Kinder Care and as a Bank Teller at Chase. Education was completed at the University of Phoenix.
