Joe Rapp

Joe Rapp is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in brand and marketing roles. Currently serving as the Creative Services Manager at Field Nation since February 2019, Joe leads visual creative initiatives to enhance brand recognition and project efficiency. Previous positions at Field Nation include Design Manager and Senior Designer, where Joe was instrumental in driving engagement and consistency across design projects. In addition to contributions at Field Nation, Joe is the owner and graphic designer at JRapp Design, co-founder and Managing Director of The Bearded Company, and has held various leadership roles in marketing and operations at other organizations. Joe's educational background includes a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in Theatre Arts from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
