Kayle Schiele

Kayle Schiele has extensive experience in professional services and customer success, currently serving as the Director of Professional Services at Field Nation since February 2020. In previous roles at Field Nation, Kayle has demonstrated leadership in implementing scalable business processes and enhancing customer experiences, achieving high customer satisfaction ratings and winning the company's inaugural Silver Bullet Award. Prior to Field Nation, Kayle managed and coordinated marketing initiatives at Apricot Lane Boutique and developed a strong foundation in customer service through various roles in the hospitality industry. Kayle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from Minnesota State Moorhead and has additional studies in Business and Accounting from Minot State University.
