Lacey S.

Lacey S. currently serves as Product Design Lead (Marketplace) at Field Nation since October 2023. Previously, Lacey held the position of Director Of Product Design at Braintrust from July 2021 to August 2023, overseeing two design teams and leading the strategy and execution for all product and user experiences on the platform. Lacey was also a member of the Design Leadership Forum at InVision from November 2018 to August 2023. Prior roles include Director Of Product Design at PeopleReady, where responsibilities encompassed building product vision and redesigning core products, and Director of Product + Design at The Adecco Group, focusing on transformational digital products. Lacey also developed a user-centric culture and product roadmap as Director of Design and UX at YOSS, and led UX design efforts at eHealth, Inc. and The Adecco Group. Lacey began the career at Newport Television as a Graphic and Motion Designer after earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of North Florida in 2010.
