Trent Victor

Trent Victor is a seasoned Senior Product Designer currently with Field Nation since April 2024, previously holding the position of Senior Product Designer II at Built In from May 2019 to November 2023. At Built In, Trent led large-scale design projects, played a key role in developing a new Design System, and successfully launched 14 features within 10 months. Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Data teams, Trent contributed to the introduction of a transformative Job Matching feature. Prior experience includes the role of Senior Product Designer and UX Product Designer at Cappex, where Trent significantly improved user experience and led generative research initiatives. Trent also has experience with design consulting and graphic design internships, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Design from the University of Cincinnati.
