Matthew Anderson

Matthew Anderson is the current CEO at Field Pros Direct. Prior to that, they were the COO at National Claims Connection (NCC) from January 2012 to February 2017. Matthew founded and built a nationwide adjusting company serving thousands of claims across the US within its first year. Led NCC's response to Hurricane Sandy in the NE and despite the company being less than one year old, processed 1,000's of claims and achieved industry leading response times. Before that, they were VP of P&C Operations and US & International CAT Operations at Crawford & Company from January 2000 to January 2012. Crawford & Company is the world's largest independent provider of claims management solutions to insurance companies and self-insured entities. Oversaw ~$40MM P&L/budget and developed strategic objectives for CAT operations, inspection services, command center and centralized client management.

Matthew Anderson began their educational career at East Tennessee State University.
