Tommy McDonald is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as the Director of Culinary at Greenleaf Foods since January 2018, Tommy also holds the position of Director of Food Service Sales and Corporate Chef at Field Roast Grain Meat Company, a role started in December 2012. Prior experience includes serving as Prepared Foods Coordinator at PCC Natural Markets from August 2005 to October 2012. Tommy McDonald is an alumnus of The Evergreen State College.
