Danny Hay

Danny Hay has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Danny currently serves as a Board Member and Audit Committee Chairman for groHERE Harvest Ltd, a company specializing in controlled environment vertical farming. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer for Field Safe Solutions, a SaaS company focused on worker health and safety. Danny also served as the Executive Director and Board Member for Foothills FC, bringing professional soccer to Calgary. In addition, they were the Programs Director and Board Member for Foothills Soccer Club, where they played a key role in its significant growth. Further, Danny held the position of Chief Financial Officer for Alter NRG Corp., a waste-to-energy company, and worked as a Director and Audit Committee Member for SustainCo Inc., a provider of sustainable energy solutions. Danny previously served as the CFO for WaveForm Energy and as a Senior Manager at Grant Thornton LLP. Danny's expertise lies in finance and management.
