Bob Paulsen

Bob Paulsen is an experienced business leader with a diverse background in technology and investment sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member at Field Squared since April 2015, Bob has also been the Managing Director at Positive Ventures, LLC since January 2004, where support is provided to start-ups and growth companies. As the Co-Founder and former CEO of PlayerLync from December 2011 to November 2023, Bob played a pivotal role in developing a mobile workforce enablement platform. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer and Board Member at Telesphere from October 2009 to February 2011, and Co-Founder and CEO of Unity Business Networks until its acquisition in 2009. Bob's earlier roles include positions in business development and sales at AuraServ and Siemens Enterprise Communications. Bob is currently pursuing a BBA in Marketing & Management at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, expected to complete in 2026.
