Scott Reeves possesses extensive experience in various leadership and sales roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Services, Facilities & Security at Fielder Church since January 2023, Scott previously held the position of Broker Sales Representative at BenefitMall, specializing in Medicare and individual market insurance products. Prior to that, Scott worked as a Financial Services Manager at NTT DATA Consulting, Inc., and as a Financial Analyst at Carlyle & Gallagher. Scott began a career in sales with experience as an Internet Sales Director at Freeman Mazda and as a Mortgage Loan Officer at both Caltex Funding, LP, and Jefferson Independent Mortgage. Scott holds a degree from Dallas Baptist University.

Led by Lead Pastor Jason Paredes, this church has a 2026 vision to become a people who are radically generous, invest to send, pursue imperfect people, expand by planting, and celebrate differences.
