Jann Choy has a diverse work experience in the creative field. They started as an intern at Leo Burnett in 2015 and later interned at Ensemble Worldwide in 2018. In 2019, Jann interned at Foxall Studio. In 2021, they worked as a Junior Creative at UNIT9 and as an intern at FIELD.IO. In 2021, Jann co-founded Applied Logic, where they are currently working. Additionally, in 2022, Jann also started working as a Visual Artist at FIELD.IO.
Jann Choy began their education at Garden International School where they completed their IGCSEs. They then attended Cheltenham Ladies' College from 2014 to 2016, obtaining their A-Levels. In 2016, Jann Choy enrolled in Kingston University and completed a Foundation Diploma before continuing their studies at Central Saint Martins, University of The Arts London. From 2017 to 2021, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Communication Design (with Creative Computing) at University of the Arts London.

In 2010 James Mansfield and James Flower, after meeting at the Royal Agricultural College, created field&flower, bringing together theirexperience of farming and food.
