Zia Chishti

Zia Chishti is a prominent business leader with extensive experience in applied artificial intelligence and technology. From January 2016 to November 2021, Zia served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Afiniti, a leading company in matching enterprise customers with agents based on behavioral insights. Zia also held the position of Chairman at The Resource Group from March 2002 to November 2021 and was Chairman and CEO of Align Technology from June 1997 to March 2002. Earlier in Zia's career, roles included Summer Associate at McKinsey & Company and Financial Analyst at Morgan Stanley. Zia holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics and Computer Science from Columbia College, Columbia University.
