Chad Williams

Chad Williams is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer success and experience management across various industries. As Vice President of Customer Success at Fieldguide since November 2023, Chad continues to build on a strong history of leadership roles, including VP of Customer Experience at Everlaw, where responsibility encompassed the entire Customer Experience organization. Previously, Chad served as Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Topia and Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at Castlight Health, contributing to strategic execution and team leadership. Additionally, Chad held multiple VP roles at Advent Software, overseeing global professional services and product management. Chad's career began in sales roles, including Account Executive at Softmart and Sales Manager at Peninsula Security Services. Chad holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Management from Indiana University Bloomington.
