Phil Schaechter

Phil Schaechter is an accomplished engineering and DevOps leader with extensive experience across various technology companies. Currently serving as Director of Engineering Services at Fieldin since July 2021, Phil oversees quality assurance, automation, DevOps, and IT functions. Previously, Phil was Head of DevOps and QA at Cyber Intelligence Company, leading teams through full CI/CD processes. At Kaminario, as Manager of Automation Development & DevOps, Phil implemented an Agile transition and enhanced automation infrastructure, significantly improving regression testing efficiency. Phil's career also includes key roles at Anan Computing as CTO, and at IBM and Storwize where Phil drove support organizations and quality standards. With foundational roles at Data Domain and Fireclick, Phil played a crucial role in building QA teams and automated testing practices.
