Dean Allison has a diverse work experience history. In 2019, they worked as a Retail Associate at REI, where they handled customer service, stocked products, and managed online orders. In 2020, they served as a Sales Floor Associate at Lowe's Companies, Inc. Shortly after, in 2021, they became an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Colorado Boulder, working with atomic quantum sensors and performing spectrum and power analyses. Their role transitioned into a Temporary Researcher - Measurement Engineer position, where they designed test fixtures and developed a calibration system for an atomic quantum sensor. Most recently, in 2023, Dean joined FieldLine Medical as a Production Engineer. Dean is involved in testing and tuning atomic quantum sensors, designing test fixtures, and improving the robustness and manufacturability of housing for MEMS technology.
Dean Allison obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a Business Minor in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, which was completed between 2018 and 2022.
