Salomeh Kiani Johnsson

Salomeh Kiani Johnsson has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Salomeh has worked most recently as a VP Engineering at Fieldly since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at CGI as an Agile Coach from January 2020 to November 2021, driving the agile transformation in the Product & Development organization and coaching individuals, teams, and leaders in agile practices.

Salomeh also has experience as a Senior Management Consultant at informiQ from February 2018 to January 2020, where they focused on Agile transformation, team coaching, and IT project management. Salomeh held assignments as a Scrum Master/Project Manager for E.ON Sverige and as a Requirement Specialist for Inter IKEA Systems.

Before that, Salomeh worked as a Product Manager at Tunstall AB from June 2017 to February 2018, where they were responsible for product management.

Earlier in their career, Salomeh worked at Axis Communications as a Team Manager/Agile coach in the Information Systems/E-Business Department from February 2015 to May 2017. Salomeh managed a unit of 4 teams responsible for developing and maintaining global tools and services. Salomeh also served as an Agile Project Manager from August 2011 to January 2015, managing IS/IT and cross-functional projects and introducing the agile way of working in the department.

Salomeh also has experience at ST-Ericsson as a System Integration Project Manager and Scrum Master from March 2011 to July 2011 and November 2008 to February 2011, respectively. Salomeh acted as a team leader and facilitated the Scrum process.

Earlier in their career, Salomeh worked at Ericsson Mobile Platforms as a Developer and SW Object Leader in the Customer Project Office. Salomeh was responsible for creating and maintaining a Mobile TV reference application and managing the customer SW part of the project.

Salomeh also has experience as a Consultant at HiQ Skåne AB from June 2004 to February 2008 and as a Project leader at Siemens from June 2005 to January 2007. Salomeh worked on various IT projects and assisted project leaders with administrative tasks.

Salomeh began their career as a Tester/Coordinator at Sony Ericsson from June 2004 to May 2005, where they were responsible for system testing and error tracking.

Overall, Salomeh Kiani Johnsson has extensive experience in Agile transformation, team coaching, IT project management, product management, and software development in various industries and organizations.

Salomeh Kiani Johnsson attended the Faculty of Engineering at Lund University from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained a Master of Science in Engineering and Computer Science with a focus on Computer Software Engineering. In 2004, they also took a course in Business Administration, General course 1-20 p at Lund University. Prior to university, they attended Filbornaskolan from 1997 to 1999, where they completed the Naturvetenskapliga programmet.

In terms of additional certifications, Salomeh Kiani Johnsson obtained the ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching from ICAgile in May 2021. Salomeh also holds a Scrum Master Certificate of Proficiency from Nohau Solutions AB, which they obtained in March 2009. Furthermore, they are a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., earning the certification in January 2019.
