Donald M. Ullmann

Mr. Ullmann has been a Director of the Bank since 2016. He is currently consulting in the financial services sector, concentrating on investment policy and balance sheet management. Past positions include Managing Director, Head of Product Development for the Fixed Income Group at Guggenheim Securities, Executive Vice President of Fixed Income at Keefe, Bruyette and Woods, Inc. and previously co-head of their Financial Strategies Group, and Head of Global Fixed Income Research at Merrill Lynch & Co. Mr. Ullmann started his career in the mortgage backed securities group at Salomon Brothers. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in Economics from Brown University. Mr. Ullmann currently serves on the board of the Northwestern Mutual Series Fund. He is on the Advisory Council of the Nature Conservancy of New Jersey, and is active with The Nature Conservancy of Florida. He is also a mentor with UnidosNow, which provides guidance to Latinx high school students who strive to be the first in their families to attend college.
