Oretha McBride

Oretha McBride has been working in the field of Workforce Management since August 2014, starting as a Call Center Supervisor before advancing to roles such as WFM Supervisor and Operations Manager. Currently, Oretha is the WFM Manager at Tunstall Americas, managing multi-site forecasting, scheduling, productivity measurements, and various reporting tasks. Additionally, Oretha also holds the position of Call Center Manager at Fieldprint.
