Jorge Barrios

Jorge Barrios has a substantial work experience as a web developer. Jorge started working at mood • cross media agency in August 2010, where they developed specialized websites for various clients using PHP, JavaScript, Joomla CMS, MySQL, and social media integration. Jorge also implemented custom themes based on the design team's concepts. In 2012, their role at mood • cross media agency ended. After that, they worked at Camera Ready Cosmetics from March 2017 to January 2018 as a web developer. Following this, they became self-employed and worked as a web developer from January 2018 to June 2020. Finally, they joined FieldRoutes in June 2020 as a web developer and was promoted to senior web developer in January 2022. Currently, they hold the position of senior web developer at FieldRoutes.

Jorge Barrios began their education in 2006 at Universidad Rafael Urdaneta, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Computer Engineering. Jorge studied there until 2011. In 2013, Jorge enrolled at Collin College and completed an Associate of Science (AS) degree in E-Business Development with a focus on Web Development Track. During the same year, they also attended EF Education First for English as a Second Language. Aside from their formal education, Jorge has obtained various certifications from Code School, including "Adventures in Web Animations," "ES2015: The Shape of JavaScript to Come," "Fundamentals of Design," "JavaScript Road Trip Part 3," "Shaping Up With Angular JS," "The Elements of Web Design," "The Magical Marvels of MongoDB," "You, Me & SVG," and "Breaking the Ice with Regular Expressions."
