Lyle Jarvis

Lyle Jarvis has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Lyle began their career as a Small Group Minister at AMARILLO SOUTH CHURCH OF CHRIST INC in 2007, where they managed a large small group system and created weekly curriculum for sermon-based discipleship groups. From 2010 to 2014, Lyle worked as a Business Analyst at Healthesystems, where they analyzed business data, created technical documents, and resolved customer order and provider payment issues. Lyle then moved on to Anchor Power Services, where they served as the Finance Manager from 2014 to 2015, maintaining administrative and financial systems and overseeing a full-time bookkeeper. In 2015, Lyle joined Harvest Christian Fellowship as a Small Group Pastor, managing a small group system and expanding the number of groups through leader recruitment and training. From 2018 to 2019, Lyle worked as an Administrative Pastor at Harvest Amarillo Church, where they evaluated operations, established financial and administrative systems, and documented procedures as the church became independent. Currently, Lyle works as a Technical Writer at PestRoutes Software, a position they started in 2020.

Lyle Jarvis began their education in 1982 at Boise State University, where they studied Mathematics and Computer Science but did not earn a degree. Lyle then went on to attend Columbia Christian College from 1984 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Bible/Biblical Studies. In 1989, Lyle pursued further education at Abilene Christian University, where they acquired 12 graduate credits in Missions/Missionary Studies and Missiology, completing their coursework in 1991. Additionally, Lyle attended Harding University in 1996 and earned 3 graduate credits in the field of Small Group Ministry.
