Marian Dumitrescu is the founder of FIELDSTAR, where they have been working since July 2008. Prior to that, they held positions as Marketing Manager and Brand Manager at Coty from April 2000 to June 2008. Marian also worked at Ogilvy from 1997 to 2000, starting as an Account Manager and later becoming an Account Director. They obtained a Bachelor's degree from Academia de Studii Economice din București in 1997 and an EMBA from The University of Sheffield in 2014.
