Jacob Burns

Jacob joined the Fieldwork Phoenix team in August 2018, fresh out of college, as a client service representative. The following year he helped manage the CSR team and coordinate with clients on facility needs. In 2020, Jacob stepped over to help Webwork with the increasing demand for online research. There he hosted online sessions and assisted in tech support for both respondents and clients. He returned fully to Phoenix in 2021, joining the Project Management team later that year as in-person research began its revival.
